Have an M&K sub augmenting the bottom end of my Blumenstein Orca Mini's and once in a while there is a "thump" burst of sound through it. Either the fridge is cycling or the washer or dryer etc...I do leave it powered on all the time also. Would a conditioner help or...??

To me, it sounds like it IS an arcing switch or relay, like a fridge,
washer, hot water heater, etc.. appliance of some sort. You will have to try another circuit
(receptacle) using the other 115 leg. You can put the noisy appliances
on the one leg, and keep one quiet leg for audio/video. An electrician
can easily do this.
Will try another room's outlet and see what happens...
Can you isolate the transients, or are they totally spurious? Meaning, do they occur at anytime, regardless of program material and/or listening level?

What make/model subwoofer interconnect(s) do you have, and what length?
