Dear Music-Loving Audiophiles,
I've noticed some negative comments about my products, but I question their sincerity. In my opinion, because all my products have a 100% money back guarantee that includes shipping both ways and an extra $10 simply for trying them, how is it that I've haven't had to refund any of my customers? Could it possibly be the case that the "bit are bit" crowd simply can't tolerate anything that doesn't fit our incomplete understanding of digital. After all a heart a digital disks information is first converted to analog and then back to digital. Would dealers such as Music Direct, the Cable Company, Needle Doctor, Von Schweikert Audio, Jena Labs, etc. sell the products if they didn't believe they worked or had them returned? And was does 8 consecutive Editors' Choice awards including this year by Robert Harley of TAS, when no other CD/laser-read media treatments are even mentioned mean? Is there a libel case here?

I don't see any negative comments of your product here. And you speak of libel? Pretty much tells me all I need to know. You're a douche bag.

Dear William M (A),
What would you call the comments by "Des A" about the sonic affects of UBD-P when as far as I know he's never tried or heard the UBD-P? Its guarantee is 100% money back including shipping both ways and an additional $10 simply for trying it, and in 25 years I've never had to take a product back, but there's always a first time and I please everyone all the time, now can I? I don't have anything against honest opinions, but they should be based upon some facts such as hearing the product. Now if, I'm wrong about "Des A" and he has heard it or ordered it then, why hasn't he taken advantage of its guarantee?
Best regards,
George

Good Day George,
I had posted the query and perhaps you could address it for me;
does any of your CD treatment product(s) require a re-treatment or touch-up after the initial application?
Thank You,
-JA
Thank You! George.
Welcome! George and Thank You for this valuable information.
All The Best!
Yes, as a long ago user of Finyl until it disappeared off the market I had to then use Walker Vivid which was an improvement.
However, decided to try the Diamond plus with the new buffing cloths on recommendation from Alan Maher Designs and it was an OMG moment.
It does sound like upgrading to a Hires version after buffing so I'm very happy.
Half way through my cd collection, just ordered 2 more packs to finish the job then I'm done.
Also, recommend to do it before ripping to HD or even use on blank Cd if copying.
Don't forget to use on cd drawer as it's got anti static properties too.
Glad to have tried it.
Smart
Is this a one-time treatment for CDs or would I have to re-treat/touch-up my collection later down the road?
According to George's website no further application is necessary but discs can be buffed repeatedly with the cloth.
Worth reading the info on the site as I tried it and the different cloths and my experience mirrors what is claimed.
Put it on the xmas wish list.
Thank You! smart845.
Still have about a half a bottle of the Platinum treatment. I find this and similar products good at removing what I call digital "hash" that builds up on discs that are played a lot.
I have a drawer full of Mr Louis's product--I found it made my CD 's strident --yes more detail
but at a cost--would help low resolution CD playback system I'd imagine.
At $100 item?-sorry not for this boyo--but hey try it and see.
A good old wash with Lux liquid and paper dry does the best I've found.
