100k input impedance to calc to. does anyone know if i need two since its balanced, or b/c its balanced do i cut the capacitance value by 50% and spread it over 2 parts (+/-) ?
(still looking for website to calc, or vendor to provide. suggestions welcome)

Wow, I just did this a short while ago. Good luck finding any other really *useful* info on the web, besides the basic formula Blackdog mentioned. I never found a pre-made balanced *passive* HPF either, though ACI did make/sell a very short run of them years ago...hard to find used.
Like you/was said, you double the single-ended cap value and put one in series in each balanced leg. Do not forget the resistor. I didn't need the resistor when going single-ended (initial test for HPF feasibility and possible sound degradation), but it didn't work at all on my amp's balanced inputs without it. I used ~5k, do not calculate cap value based on your amp's balanced input impedance, almost certainly will be way off.
Best to try and measure the results, especially if you're going for spendy boutique caps. I used polycarbonate bypassed by polystyrene, not the best specs but sounded the nicest to me...compromises. Worth it though, the removal of lower bass from my main speakers makes them sound so much more clear and articulate.
Going single-ended is so much easier, if you can, in that you can buy stuff to do the job. Also, Marchand (in the U.S.) will custom-design/build multi-pole passive HPFs for you if you want, balanced too.
The capacitance calculation fro single ended is C=1/2pi x FxR. Where F is frequency, R is the load resistance. The formula for balanced is
C=2x(1/2pi x FxR) or 2/2pi x FxR. You effectively double the size of the cap as the two are in series.
