LOL, you mean if it works for removing wrinkles and roasting chicken it must work for audio?

I guess one cannot deride or blame the folks who sell this type of stuff; buyers are buying their wares voluntarily and many seem pleased with their purchase and that is what free enterprise and a free market is all about.
