What is the max operating voltage for DN2540N5 cascode current source? Is it safe to use it as plate load on 750v B+ ?

      I don't see any sensible way to assure that the voltage divides equally across each device.
      
      I would order the correct part.
      
      IXYS make depletion mode parts up to 1KV and 400W.
