What are the prices for a T1000 & T1100?
used T-1000's are between $3000-$4000, and I believe that the T1100's are $6500.
you could probably by a T-1000 now for much less than what you sold yours for and still let her keep the ring.
Based on what I 've read on the T-1100, it is the best sounding factory produced tuner ever. My guess, it is probably the last accuphase tuner too for outside the Japan market.

well, mama wont mind if I get one as long as I take care of her clothing budget. Sadly, I let my T-1000 go for quite a bit less than I paid for it in 2008, but that is the market. I guess I should start saving for that next piece. It's a stupid-expensive purchase, but I am a wonk.
Well,
If I had a T-1100, I would sell all my tuners and stop hanging around here and just spend my time listening to music. you're a lucky man to even be able to entertain the idea of getting one.
Too bad "live to air" FM broadcasts are falling in popularity at least in my market... lots of great recorded performances of all music styles but live to air is getting rare. Live to air on the T-1100 must be about as close to being their as you can get.
