I took another look at the tubes that are in the amplifiers now and they say amperex 6922, have the graphic of the character blowing his horn, and say "Made in Holland" the code at the bottom is either a triangle and the code 2L2. Or the triangle is a "4" and it says 42L2.
Thanks for any insight on these!

This is a an excellent site with info on Amperex tubes, with great introduction of how to spot fakes. Specifically Bugle Boy / 6922 conflict.
Great all around site many inmates frequent, with good descriptions of all brands of tubes. Discusses the Mullards which I recommended, and indeed I have experience with what they describe.
Cheers!

The three letters before would be 7L? for 6922 and GA? for 6dj8. Gold pins on the 6922. The delta is for Amperex Heerlen factory in Holland. But 6922 and a bugle boy character never on same tube. Something wonky there.
