I just purchased a mint ARC LS15 Line stage. I need to do two things.
1. Tubes are 13 years old. What should I buy for it that is an improvement. What other component upgrades can I make?
2. Switch voltage from 110 to 220V From an inside look it seems that I just need to switch cables at the transformer. Can anybody confirm?
Thanks.

You can be sure that the Russian 6Π23Π-EB (6p23p-ev) will work well. The EH 6922 is, in fact, 6Π23Π-EB. While the EH variant sounds decent, better sounding varieties are available. The $64 question is about their toughness or lack thereof. Contact AA sponsor Jim McShane. Jim will sell you the best sounding tubes that will last in your ARC preamp.

Here's the schematic.
Don't forget to rewire the primaries on both power transformers.
