You mean 0B2. Don't use a different voltage.
There are 2 ways to use this kind of voltage regulator
1. Dropper resistor before it. Value must be correct and this is covered in datasheets
2. DN2540 type regulator before it set for 17mA plus whatever the tubes after it draw
One other thing - you can't use capacitors after these regulator tubes. The most you can use is .068uF in parallel with the tube between B+ and ground.

As far as I can judge, there are no capacitors after this tube; there is one 6Z4 rectifier near it and some resistors..
