Tubes are not really designed either for hi-fi or guitar use, only. These looks like typical Chinese made variety (maybe Shuguang). Perhaps, selected.
Maybe, the only guitar-thing is the "rating" gimmick, used by some companies.

Oh, no offense, FL. I am sure you know, the newbie geet player with a tube amp is very much like a newbie audiophile starting off in tubes. Without any context and knowledge, they fall easy prey to name brands and fads and all kinds of advertising puffery. So, the point is standard run of the mill fitty cent Chinese tube with Bugera printed on it, retail price, 19.95. um, I just made up that price, but i bet you i am not far off.
The retail price is 19.99, pretty good guess. It is being sold for 12.99 at that Store.
Most Shuguang 12AX7 are very difficult to like there was one called a C9 IIRC.
