How he ever got a bed in there is mind boggling. But seriously, I'm sure he meant feet.(') I ran an ST70 in a 10' x 11' room. With proper AC and a ceiling or cylinder type fan, there were no heat issues. All once again comes down to proper insulation combined with a good AC unit. Mix in a little air circulation and it should be comfy. I currently run an 845 amp in that same room and although the temperature jumps a bit, still comfortable after my normal 1.5 to 2 hour listening sessions. The ST70 was WAY easier in regard to room temperature in comparison. Once again, I'm in Tucson. If the heat is truly too difficult to deal with, I would suggest one of the inexpensive chip amps that seem to be the rage.

At the risk of being ejected for suggesting a solid state alternative. There are some relatively inexpensive class D amp.
If you must have tube and don't mind head phones you can get all manner of tube amps that won't generate much heat. I am using a 6SN7 input driver 6080 power tube headphone am. Runs pretty cool and you can switch the power tube to 6AS7Gs, 5998s. WE 421As and more. I have seen some models which use a single tube jn the 'pre amp' section and a solid state power out put .
Of the other amps you mention . I also own a couple of Sherwoods and think they run pretty hot. I also have an EL 34 based integrated and would think that would be your best choice barring the purchase of any other amp.
Just having a little fun.
I don't notice any uncomfortable result when running my various tube amps or my class A First Watt amp in the summer, although I don't listen as much in the summer. I find the air conditioning and ceiling fan noise distracting, and the room gets too warm (when it's 100 ºF out) without it. I don't think the amps themselves have much to do with that though.
