Why less for the the B than the regular el34?

Specs slightly different, as they would be given the B designation. (I just took a quick glance last night.) In the end I found a thread elsewhere asking the same question and confirmed their conclusions by using the EL34 / EL34B data sheet with 490 as the plate voltage for the Jolida. Here's the link for the thread and data sheet with graphs for EH34 and EH34B.
At the office now, so may not get a chance to dig further.

Thank you. Interesting. I always assumed that they were basically the same.
I'm not that familiar with any of the EL-34's, 84's, etc. Normally just know a bit about what I have in my own equipment. So was curious, and learned a little more about biasing (theory) at the same time.
Cheers!
