Hi Jim:
My son bought me a quad of GL KT-88's from you. They are for my Cary SLI-80. My question is: On the four boxes are GM:79.5, 78.5, 81, and 81. Should I put the 81's together on one channel or split with the others? Or is that just being too...
Thanks
El Monte
Follow Ups:
Those numbers in black marker are cathode current, not Gm. They are a very close match already (better than 2%!) so you can pair up any two in a given channel.
Believe me, the electronics in the amp aren't matched as close as those tubes.
