I don't know what they are I've never seen them before, but they look nothing like the 6550c winged C tubes that I have which were made in St Petersburg in the late 90's/early 2000's. I have about 2 dozen of them, all with rectangular holes in the plates. The logo and lettering is in a smaller (thinner) fine gold andvery different from the heavy coarse letters and logo on your tube. The content is different as well. Not similar in any respect.

One more picture,
Is it just the picture or do some of the pics from that UK dealer show regular vs the mouse ear style getter? I'm thinking I've seen both on various 6550's but can't confirm if winged c ever had the mouse ears. Otherwise, asides from the unfamiliar logo, and mouse ears, the insides look genuine.
Another thing, New Sensor bought the use of the Svetlana name in North America, but then had the tubes made in the Reflektor factory (round holes). Svetlana square hole St Petersburg could only label their tubes with the =c= under the SED name for North American distribution.
The dealer you are questioning is in the UK, so it's possible logo restrictions are different.
Hopefully someone from the Asylum can help you better. I'm very curious how this plays out.
Maybe the dealer can provide you more info as well.
Cheers!
Ed
