Your conclusion does not make sense based on the symptoms.
Your time delay relay system is not functioning, which could be as simple as a fuse, or it could be as painful as a dead relay.
Send it back to Rogue or find a competent technician.
Do not buy new output transformers.

Might call Mark O'Brien at Rogue. He'll probably recommend returning it for service.

I have been there twice in the past two weeks! Getting used to the drive. Upgraded my Ares to Cinemag Blues. Their customer service is great...I'm sure they'll get me going quickly. If going to guess its the bridge rectifier, although the last time that went I had no blue light or anything. This time the tube heaters are coming up and all, but there is no plate current. The meter doesn't move when I check for bias.
I'm in Lake Harmony and I never had a clue they were that close. I guess I'll have to dig in and see what they have.
