Yes they are; etched dots on glass are typical.
Great in C-J gear(V1 V2 in old power amplifier)

These are triple mica black plate tubes (TMBP). The one with the darker pins is clearly GE and TMBP. The other one is also TMBP, but I can't see the 'etched dots'. If you see them on the light colored pins tube it is made by GE as well. Both have very similar internal structure, thus I lean toward both being made by GE.
thanks !. Could not get those GE 5751 but instead i grab 3 of these RCA 3 mica Blackplate for my CJ PR12.
Much better. Sonics will be cleaner with the RCA black-plates, with a more delineated edge compared to the GE which may have a tendency towards roughness, if ever so slightly. The bass will be cleaner also, and rounder, able to push deeper depending on your amp and speakers.

In my amp I find the opposite, the GE is ecleaner sound the RCA is a little rougher and less distinct. Both good tubes.
It should be noted that there are two versions of the GE black plate 5751 (and at least as many versions of the RCA). Not sure which came first, but one of the GEs has a support rod between the micas and a D shaped getter. The other version (seems to be more common) has no support rod and a square getter. I prefer the support rod version.
Enjoy the roll!
Good point~! So many different variations will all make a difference. Even a slight variation in the voltage fed to the plates and grids will change the characteristics of the sound.

Even better!
