Take a look at the bottom of them and see if there's a diamond in the center of the pins. If so they are Telefunken.

if not, my guess is that they'd be Siemens but I'm not sure.

Yes there is:) Can you provide general value of each if they measure good? I don't have a machine to test.
My completely uneducated guess, hopefully someone that knows more will share, based on ebay is if they test good that they are worth at least low one hundred. If they test strong and are "Date Matched" it goes up sometimes pretty substantially. Maybe there's someone close to you with a tester that will help out. Untested tubes seemed to go for $20 a tube in singles. I'm not sure if they'd go for more or less paired/quaded up.
This guy doesn't care about tubes or audio, he's a reseller who trashes equipment so he can squeeze a few dollars out of the tubes. The only thing worse is that he's too lazy to even do his own dirtywork. Let him research this himself, eBay listings are available to everyone.
