"First, experiences to report about the pricey ones? The Shuguang "Treasures", Psvane/Psvane MkII/graded versions and Nature Sound, Full Music? Am I missing anything else?"
Beware of "premium" tubes that are the garden variety tube with gold plating and some black coating on the inside of the glass so that it's harder to figure out that they are just the same old tube.
The TJ/Full Music/Sophia tubes are excellent.

That's what I'm getting at, while trying to be polite. Pretty packaging, how does the tube work and sound. I appreciate and even enjoy such packaging, but really don't care to pay for it if that is the only thing you're getting. I was very pleased with the sonic performance of many of the standard issue Chinese output tubes.
So, TJ/Full Music/Sophia tubes are excellent? What's your experience with these compared with the more mortal tubes? Particularly the sonics.
I have only used Sophia DHT's, I haven't really tried their output tubes.
For 6L6 types, I have found that the basic Shuguang tubes are very short lived (just a couple of months), while the Sovtek EL-34 would operate for well over a year of constant use performing the same duty.
The Electro Harmonix or Sovtek EL34 is probably the place to start. In my opinion, a lot of these tube differences begin to matter much less when the tubes in question are used in an amplifier with a lot of global feedback, which will tend to work to neutralize many of the differences that you might otherwise hear.
