They are a military tube that is built for long life and reliability. I believe they are a "computer" tube. I use 1 in my phono preamp in the 12at7 slot. As is with most of the military type tubes they are very neutral. cheers, dak

So, they would probably charge an extra fitty bucks for that. Lord knows what they would charge if it had a "pinched waste". Just joking, it never had a pinched version.
