Agreed. I can't find any information regarding Overlord as a manufacturer, nor their activities in the US.
This is the only photo that I have found that could offer some information about the internals beyond the stupid sticker.
-We see what should be a halo getter and a copper support rod
-The mica has teeth and is not the squared-off type we see with some New Sensor and Chinese-sourced tubes.
-We're probably looking at a smaller to average sized plate structure
-The colour of the mica tells me it's not later North American stock, but the plates are too short for early stock...
Actually, I think I found it. I think it's a ARBI Raytheon 12AX7. I have a sample. One moment...

May your tubes be warm, long-lasting, and always lively. Holy be thy heater.
Follow Ups:
On second thought, it may have been a false alarm. The grid rods are different lengths, the getter seems a little different between the copper rod and the halo. Different color for the flashing... And I just noticed this Overlord tube seems to have nickel plating exposed on the plate crimps at the mica.
But! At least the mica design is pretty bang on.

More and more, I'm between two camps. One part of me think it's a Japanese tube that's been futzed. I looked through the rest of my Japanese stock (non-Philips, so Hitachi-Raytheon stuff). All have the toothed mica, but some batches have the squared-off fitting on top, and older ones have a full round top fitting. Also, it seems the use of copper rods were used for certain batches, as well as larger or smaller getter rings.
Another possibility is that they're a Philips design of sorts...
