If, as Mr. Deal suggested, you have LS3/5A speakers, another option to consider is a project of acquisition and refurbishment of a "vintage" Harman/Kardon Citation V.The Cit. 5 has the requisite 16 Ω speaker taps and, if all your signal sources are line level, a simple passive control center is FINE.

There are two PrimaLuna power amps that do. The DiaLogue Premium at $3199 and the DiaLogue Premium HP at $3899 have your choice of three taps which are 4, 8, and 16 ohms. If you monobloc the amps they are 2/4/8 ohm. But of course running monobloc off the 8 ohm taps the 16 ohm speaker will be fine.
I don't know if you are inquiring about that speaker. I'm just guessing since Stereophile just reviewed them, along with the fact there is a "buzz" going around about that speaker. I think that for the money ($2199) getting an iconic monitor like that made in the UK is a deal. They are selling direct so that's how he does it.
Steve Davis the importer loves the sound of the PrimaLuna with this speaker. Here's a link to the review.
If you are looking for low(ish) power Dennis Had, retired founder of Cary Audio, is building 'Inspire' amps and selling them of the auction site. He'll wire them for 16 ohms. Search here and Google the reviews. They perform well above their rather modest price point. I bought one and liked it so much that I have a 27 triode preamp on the way.

Does it have to be in current production? I am pretty sure you will find more amps with either 15 or 16 ohm outputs in older gear.
I am thinking of the "golden age" the birth of stereo. I inherited my Father's JBL* speakers with their 16 ohm taps. I know JBL was inaccurate in rating the speakers but they were mated to a 7868 output tube Sherwood S5000II amp with the 16 ohm taps. I have a Fisher 400 receiver in use that has 16 Ohm taps. You would probably want an amp from this era that has been extensively refurbished and perhaps even modded to get current sonic preferences.

Question - why not use an amp with a 16 Ohm tap?
