Power tubes are Sovtek 4xKT88. I dont know prod.date, is there any way to read from it of the tubes? They look similar, and are not NOS

Sometimes the heater wire sticks out of the cathode sleeve, above or below, a little more, one tube vs. the others. Even when they are otherwise the same.
I don't see anything in your picture that looks out of place.

I use 6BQ5 SET and PP amps where the output tubes range from dim to bright. All's fine. It's the filament being exposed to various degrees.

You are correct sir. I checked all four tubes, and those on the right the filament is more exposed.Thanks all

And if you just really want to be sure it is the tubes not the circuit you could always just swap them.
