What is the amp and what is the noise (hum, popping, something else)?

Some of them have a little of hum and some crackly . I have a pair of globes that are quiet and a new production 2a3 pair that are quiet. Going to try more selections soon.

Hum is a big issue with vintage DHTs. See the following:

Not sure what the other noises would be.
I don't see where it covers a critical inductance choke input filament supply.
Seems like a large oversight to me.
