Excellent. It will be fine then. Thank you for your post! By the way for Hi-Fi (fidelity) do you consider them as good as the EL84 in general? I'm sure a high dollar Telefunken etc would do better probably.

yes, some of them are outstanding sounding tubes. I bought a couple of quads of them from Mr. McShane a few years back and use them in wife's mini-system and they sound really good. They are old Soviet military stock.
But they are not 6P14Ps - they are 6P14P-EV tubes - they are NOT the same. And I'm glad you are still enjoying them!!

Correct. Yes, they are EV's and not just plain jane 6P14p's.
