defintely "Ei" if the the first symbol in the 2nd row is a semicircle with a dot in it. (hard to realise from your pics.).
may be they were manufactured with TFK tools but they can not compare with the original TFKs . nevertheless an interesting sounding tube at least.

At first glance I thought they were Telefunkens actually The code threw me off and of course that TFKN didn't get rebranded RCA.
