I sent Jac payment for three sets of NOS tubes on March 16th. To this date he has not responded to a single email. I've been extremely polite and patient in every email. Not responding to any of my emails for three weeks is extremely unprofessional. All I ask is for confirmation that he received payment and information about when he will send the tubes. Is that too much to ask?-Robert

Very unprofessional and just not nice. I will be steering clear of this outfit.
Jac finally returned an email to me today. He stated he was out of town for Easter holiday without email access and has also injured his back. I realize when you are a single man operation that things can interrupt business.
