Haven't compared the (presumably) Russian stuff you mention but I have compared vintage GEC KT66 with vintage 6L6G and GC and while there are minor differences, they're more similar than different. I find vintage 77s and 6CA7s impart a bit of a 6L6 like character to amps designed around EL34s.
Maybe the current Russian products are different enough from their vintage ancestors that comparisons betw them aren't meaningful.

You must use alot of feedback.
I use them in SE triode with no feedback
and there is across the board differences.

...You're referring to triode strapped pentodes/beamies while I'm thinking pentodes as pentodes. Apples to pears. And yes, a pentode is going to require some corrective feedback although not necessarily "lots".
Pentodes NEED ALOT of feedback or
would have a huge output impedance.
UL would get by with some feedback.
