Well I did a Google search and could find no specification for "Psvane 845 Hi Fi" tubes. There are other Psvane 845 specifications (845T and 845 WE Replica), and none of those spec sheets mentions "Bias Voltage" Perhaps you could offer a link that shows the spec (including this voltage) for Psvane 845 Hi Fi tubes?
Thanks
Peter

An 845 is an 845 unless it is broken or defective. The meter measures the current through the tube. The brand of tube does not matter in setting bias, it is the tube type, 845.
You said "The amps have a Bias Voltage adjustment pot, but I've no idea what to set it to. I've mislaid the amp's instruction book too!" This information is on their site.

But is an 845B or 845C or 845T, just an 845 as far as bias voltage is concerned?
Maybe they are all identical electrically, but I wouldn't take that as gospel until I've seen the manufacturer's spec. I recently bought "standard" 845s but have been unable to find a spec where Bias Voltage (voltage not current) is stated.
As I said in my initiating post, I seem to remember 4.7V as the figure I should set the amp to.
