Follow Ups:
I have a few matched pairs form the 1950's and 60s with the clip getter and the 70's and 80's with the halo getter. All tested on a calibrated WE 15750 L2.
A complex tube with unusually high gm....LMK if I can help.

Hi Jay, I was watching this thread and would be interested in your WE437A tubes if/when they come up. I have 6C45Pi SE amp with tube pin converters for 437A tubes and would like to try 437A tubes. Please drop me a line. Alan
Hence, I have yet to convert my amps to 6C45PI, but I've promised myself it will be done this summer; and I promise to contact you when the 437As are available :)
Hi Jay
thanks for reply. Good to hear there is another procrastinator out there too. Unfortunately I take on too many projects too and it all takes lots of time! Thats fine. I have just bought SE 6C45Pi amp that id fitted with 6C45Pi tubes but also was supplied with socket adaptors for 437A tubes, so I would like to consider trying some 437A'a. Whenever you get ready, please drop me a line and we can talk again. I am in no rush really. Good luck. Alan
And when finished I'll have two pairs of WE437A tubes available for sale.
Thanks for the feed back C B it is a concideration.
These are $200-300 each, are you sure you don't want to use the 6C45P?
