unless they prefer to live on a flat Earth.
Be careful to not place your cell phone to close to your tubeamp. It may become infested by evil transistor spirits. You might feel them ,but I can measure them....
Happy listing

Balle,
You and I both know that your original post was nothing but a troll, intended to insult and stir up a reaction from those who don't share your point of view.
Now you put on this bullshit act, as if you're surprised that you'd get this kind of reaction.
F**k you and your feigned surprise. I've got a suggestion - why don't you stick your cell phone up your ass, then try measuring the results, jackoff.
Happy measurements,
Al
I never intended to stir up or provoke anything. But I obvously stepped on a sore toe...
It is so simple to weed out mediocre tubes with a little technical effort, that I hoped more people should benefit from it. The differences are obvously much easier to illustrate by curves than by sound descriptions. Of course you can hear then difference between the best and worse tubes also, but ist is much harder and tiring to do so, and far less accurate.
As with any component what is perceived as the "best sounding" tubes are very often the loudest. If you adjust the level when comparing the order of tube preference can change easily.
I listen happily to my tube amps, even if I measure..
I will continue to pick out the best sounding and most accurate tubes, and just sell my junk to the guys who dont care..
Best regards
Balle
