i think not, but i'd like to be sure; to my knowledge, all Sylvanias like that
were made in the 50's, or early 60's, then the Sylvanias 5751 3 micas
were made mostly GRAY plates in the 60's, then they were made 2 micas in the 70's...
is this the correct history of this tube?

Paco I believe your chronology is essentially correct. Sylvania triple mica blackplate 5751 are all from the 1950s I believe in the 60s they switched to the grey plates. Construction was switched to double mica in the 1970s for cost (cutting) reasons.
