Friends
I built a single end prototype with a 4P1L and the sound is fantastic, like a 45 !!!
Now, I want use two 4P1L in parallel single ended and I have doubt about the output transformer impedance.
I have a 2K5 ohms transformer...is fine ?
See the videos of the sound of this amplifier:

Actually I get a good bass with 2K5 and only one 4P1L, with 200V x 30mA in plates...

You can likely use a variety of impedances, but it depends on the operating point that you would like to run.
OMG Aldovan, that is fantastic..I just heard the amp on youtube you had built and you just released an industry sleeper.Yes,I was going to say around 1.9k to 2.5k for parallel SE and you should be fine..What are you using now for a single tube output? Is the tube wired triode or in pentode?
Honest amplification is better than excessive 2nd order distortion anytime.

Tomorrow I will test the PSE with this 2K5 transformer and I will post the results.
Thanks

My system is very simple. I use a full range Utah D8LA and a small horn Foster.
The circuit is a SE triode mode and I use 200V on plates x 30mA.
The output transformer is DIY.
I made the output transformer project and a industry here in Brazil built with my orientation. This output transformer have 2K5 and is made for a 2A3C tube.
I tested two types of Edcor transformer and this DIY is very superior.
The core is not oriented grain , but the core is huge and this is the secret.
The Edcor core are oriented grain, but the size is very small.
With small cores, you have a small inductance and bad bass or not bass.
This amplifier is very good and my idea is built a definitive project in a chassis.

I've been running my PSE 4P1L amp for about 2 years now. Tried a few OPTs. The Audio Note Trans-152 was a big transformer and 2.5K. Good bass. Upper range wasn't as good as my current Lundahl LL1620/80mA at 3.3K. I think I'd stay at 3K to 3.5K
