those are the best obtainable NOS, Fender... in the old catalogs {early 60's} Amphenol sockets cost more than Cinch Jones. Mullen, Mullin? were the best porcelain. E.F. Johnson were no slouch either.

I think you meant Millen. They built coils, variable capacitors, sockets, test equipment, mostly for the for radio industry. There is even a website regarding Millen history.
I still use a Millen Grid-dip meter.
