Looks like it says "Stereo Recital" on the panel, which was the TA-224. Sams index has it in 1961, though it could have been a little earlier. Push-pull 6V6 for about 12 watts per channel. Those little output transformers won't give a lot of low bass, but are very good otherwise.

He states in his description that they are 6V6 tubes. And that is what they look like. It should be 15-18 Watts/ch.
The HK224 - which is the model I think is actually being discussed - is rated at 12W/ch. That's apparently how the model number was derived: 2 channels, 24W total audio output power.
