I suspect you would need tested and matched tubes. Ask him.If you just buy a bunch of random tubes on ebay, expect 5-10% bad ones, and others with wildly spread parameters.
I know in our case we have to test maybe 100 tubes to get 8 reasonably close ones. But he will tell you about his requirements, no need to guess.
Generally speaking, these tubes have such wide variations, that it is counterproductive to be buying random sets. Just my $.02.

We do, but you really need to check with your amps' designer first, as I don't know their requirements. We sell the tubes matched as per our needs, which might be different.
