Center, bottom. It's labeled "Level".
The "Focus" is the balance control.
If you do a search using a search engine like Google you can find the answers you are looking for.

One more question:
Bass and treble controls look odd - each fo them moves to the left/right from the center - so far I undertstand. But each of them also has an internal ring and I don't understand its designation. My controls don't have a scratch designating their central ("0") position, so it's hard to guess to what position they are actually set...
It seems that inner rings are designed to regulate bass and treble in each channel. The online user manual is huge and EXTREMELY stupid and it's impossible to gather something useful from there...
Unfortunalely, I missed one more rather clean looking and properly serviced Eico in e-bay which was sold for $630...
"But each of them also has an internal ring and I don't understand its designation. "
Each control has two knobs. The smaller one is the right channel and the larger one is the left channel.
