though mine have an open rectangular getter holder.Visseaux made one or two later versions with the namesake painted on the base.
See if you can find online pics of them.
Edit:
The below link (look @ Visseaux) seem to be like yours (my fine vision is not very good right now and before I compared one of mine to your pics).
They are early engraved base production as well.

His looks exactly like the Visseaux if they actually made tubes..I see Zenith on that list and they never made receiving tubes, they only made CRTs and that was later after they purchased Rauland.
Honest amplification is better than excessive 2nd order distortion anytime.
Apparently Visseaux did manufacture some tubes (see link), but who knows if they made the ones I have.
I do not, however, believe that these were made at the NJ Sylvania plant as there is lots of internal copper and the micas are completely different.
It is noted in the link that Visseaux and Sylvania established a technical relationship in the late 1940s, so my guess is that they are based on a Sylvania design but in fact made in France (but not sure if that is a good thing).
I was kidding about the Jersey plant..That's a little inside joke but your tubes could very possibly be European military tubes..
