Hi Mike,
Bias is steady with the signal tubes out!
Reading a couple mvolts higher on all test points but pretty rock solid.
Very encouraging.
What next?
Should I try one channel at a time?

Follow Ups:
I figured they would be...Just make sure you set the bias with the signal tubes out after a warmup of about 20 minutes.It isn't bad if you get a little bias shift with signal tubes installed..Maybe you have a microphonic signal tube..Can you try some other signal tubes?
Honest amplification is better than excessive 2nd order distortion anytime.

I tried swapping out the tubes once but I'll try again as I have more.
