This has been cross posted to Vintage.
I'm in the process of restoring some vintage tube Marantz gear. Some have obviously bad cosmetics: scuffs and chips in paint. I have spray painting gear and have been searching for a paint match. Local automotive suppliers can not match that fleck tone finish.
I was wondering if anyone has found a source for the paint. Since there were Marantz reissues with the same finish I am assuming that someonem somewhere has the paint....
TIA

Contact VAC.
They made the re-issues which matched the cosmetics of the originals down to the rivets.
Base coat and spraying a metallic through a screen?
