I have a Dynaco ST-70 that I want to sell. I cant find the other RCA 7199 tube. I have a bunch of other tubes though. What would be a replacement tube? I don't want to spend any money so I am looking for a cheap alternative. Thanks

As Steven mentions, the 7199 no longer is being made however, many people just buy the adapters from 7199 to 6GH8/6U8/6EA8,any of those three tubes will work great with the adapter. You can also cut the traces in a couple places and rewire the 7199 for the 6GH8 right on the board.
Look thru your short 9 pin tubes again and I would bet you will find your missing 7199.
Honest amplification is better than 2nd order distortion anytime.
I prefer the RCA version of the 7199. Despite what people say, they are still obtainable fairly easy. The day is coming though. I have 6 or 7 salted away for my token Dynaco 70.
Below is a link that took me all of 10 seconds to find, they are easily bought immediately if one is willing to pay more.

...there are no plug-n-play subs for the 7199. Leaves you with few choices:1. Buy a new or used 7199, 2. Buy or make an adaptor so you can plug in a 6GH8 or similar, 3. Hack up the board so you can plug a 6GH8 in directly, 4. Sell the unit minus the 7199. Any of these will cost $ and or your time.
