I am in no way affiliated with the seller, but it is NOT a scam. These are labeled Siemens and legit tubes. Siemens never made their own EL34 so all Siemens are relabeled. These just don't happen to be the typical RFT relabled Siemens. When did Siemens stop distributing tubes, early 90's so these are around that time (my best guess).
These are late Tesla E34L's or early JJ Tesla E34L's. Still nice tubes but IMO, they are overpriced. In my experience with these tubes they are of better build quality than current JJ tubes.
He discloses right in the description that these are of "Unknown European Origin"
Anytime you buy tubes on the internet you need to do your own due diligence and ask questions, etc. I have bought other tubes from Langrex and he is totally above board.
Hope this helps

Man you guys are like sharks. Throwing the words "scam and counterfeit" around without doing one iota of research. I know I don't post a lot here, but I anm an avid lurker and have been for several years. It disappoints me to see information just flippantly posted.
If you do more research you will find Groove Tubes as well as Harma which is distributed by Watford Valves also relabel this tube and sell it as their own, hardly a counterfeit. They don't disclose where it comes from.
Here is an EL34 test link done by Watford Valves and you'll see the Harma STR gets high marks. This is the *exact* same tube Langrex is selling labeled Siemens and the same as the current and past JJ E34L

Page 1, right column at the bottom under heading EL34/E34L/Harma STR
This is the exact same tube Langrex is selling which Siemens distributed.
The original Siemens will take 800 volts DC on the plate. JJ will not.
Put it this way. The true Siemens are like Porsche auomobiles (takes 800 volts on plate). A VW is not a Porsche. The seller has a lot of nerve to suggest taking a stock VW to a sports car track & suggesting the driver to have a potential 1st place win. That is an insult to engineers that appreciate tubes like the original Siemens EL34 or Porsche automobiles.
