How did you come up with the date for the TS? If you used the code you supplied, it is incorrect. That is not a date code but the supply system FSN = Federal Stock Number, later to become the NSN.
Should be a marking on the TS of 322xxxx. 4th and 5th digit should generally be the year of manu.

    OK. I kinda figured there would be a real date somewhere on the tube or box. Just thru me a bit when the last 2 numbers of the FSN matched the date you said they were manu.
