I was unable to access Penta Labs website by any means, but then I rembered that a search for "Gold Aero" would take me there. I got their email and phone number and transmitted the numbers on the invoice, my customer number, salesperson number, and shipping codes via phone and email. This A.M. I received a very polite call authorizing the return of the tubes. Response in less than 12 hours to a service issue makes Penta A-1 in my book.Gmoney

I ordered 1980s datecodes GE JAN12AX7WA for a demading application. Though the GEs and Phillips ECG 12AX7WAs are not the greatest tubes, they are tough, and a good deal at $12.50 each. I received relabeled JJ Slovakian frame-grid copies of ECC803s, that had been relabeled "Penta 12AX7WA" I did not test any because they weren't what I ordered. I asked politely that the situation be rectified, was treated with politeness, end of story. By the way, did you not detect at least a LITTLE tongue-in-cheek in my post about wanting selected tubes but not wanting to pay for them? I ABHOR tube buyers who do this, as I am an occasional ebay seller. I thought the "aw shucks" "fry my bacon" cornpone would be enough but apparently I need to crank it up to "Benny Hill", just south of what passed for humor on Hee-Haw.
