Can you clarify how to place the 200K resistor ? Directly from the grid to the ground after the 10K grid resistor ? Thanks. My first amplification tube is 6SL7 and I have got a 2.2K grid resistor from the volume pot to the grid already. Inmates previously suggested I do not need a 10K grid resistor for 6SL7. Please comment.

Ralph and Chip are right..A 10k grid stopper is better..The 200k you want between the grid stopper and ground.Just think of the 1.5k as 10k and the 270k as 200k.

Do I still put the 200K there even I have a potentiometer (volume) being there ?The attached schematic is exactly what I have done so far.

The resistor should have its body as close to the socket as possible, with the shortest lead length between the resistor body and the pin of the tube as you can get. The 10K would be more effective FWIW.
Also, the ground of the pot and the ground of the cathode resistor should be the same point (which should not be the chassis); from there then use a common wire to the circuit ground.
