Landfall systems makes very sturdy highly customizable chassis for the DIY audio constructor. Unless there is a new service they offer, it is necessary to machine the top plate yourself or have Front Panel Express create a panel to your drawing.

Heres a nice example of engraving
Simply elegant!
Nice work! Is the front panel clear anodized, and if so, is the engraving done before or after the bath?

They do all the cnc first and the anodize
That's great, it means you should be able to fill the engraving (if you want) without any special consideration for the process. Anodizing prevents the aluminum from forming the loose oxidation that causes paint to flake off.

I sent them the Cadd file and every hole and vent was cut by a machine. They will even do engraving, I chose to go the laser engraving route though. Did I mention the chassis is rock solid and holds 100+ lbs of iron very well.
The chassis came out better than expected and the guys at Landfall know a little about tube amps so the feedback was very helpful. They also have the countersink tool for the CNC which really cleans things up. Autocadd is very easy to use for making lines, circles, arc's, etc. Well worth the effort not fighting with drifting holes trying to hand drill everything.
I many templates for the transformers so if anyone is interested I'll send you the cadd template.
