I purchased recently an ARC VT-100 Mk III power amplifier. It is likely to arrive towards the end of next week. I plan on putting in new 6550 tubes from ARC, but these will need to be biased after installation.
I have one of those little, portable Radio Shack digital multimeters. I may be able to locate or buy a plastic screwdriver for adjusting the pots. Do I need any other equipment?
I have downloaded the biasing instructions from ARC for this amp.
What I am seeking is someone who is familiar with this operation to help walk me through the process just to ensure that I don't do something stupid due to inexperience.
Thanks,
George Roland

I love it when people offer advice without reading the entire OP's post.
The VT100 is pretty straight forward as long as you follow the
instructions. Read them over carefully and do a dry run with the amp off so that you are comfortable with the contact points, how your meter connects and where everything is.
Be careful with the amp on, as there are points of lethal voltages all over the circuit board.
I would also invest in a better meter (autoranging if you can swing it) and possibly probes like in the link below (as an example). This will be easier for you, relatively inexpensive and safer.

Thank you for these suggestions. I especially like the little clip-on connectors. Holding needle-like probes against those resistors seem potentially very dicey.
