You will get vastly better sound spending that money on a decent DAC that does not need buffering on the input or output.
If you are truly DIY, the Twisted Pear DACs are the way to go.

The buffer is needed betwean my Tube Phono amp (Zout=2K) and the miniDSP, not the DAC and miniDSP..
. . . put a DSP in your analogue phono path? Totally defeats the purpose of analogue, n'est-ce pas? Unless all you spin are digitally remastered stuff.

A decent DSP will have an input impedance of +25k
On the flip side, your 2K to 6K interface will give you ZERO problems.
