A lot of old tube ham gear comes up for sale that doesn't work and you can get nice chokes and power transformers even they can have too high a voltage for some tubes.

Follow Ups:
I picked up a Bud National piece of HAM gear for parts as it was not working and had many burn marks underneath. It was extremely large and heavy.
Lots of Kenyon and thordarson iron chokes etc.
2 x meters
2 x 866a which are good.
2 x 812 which had plates that had melted abit and pinched(scared of that)
1 x 5u4 good
1 x 807 good
Lots of metal can tubes even a 6l6.
Lots of heavy duty wirewound resistors.
I just got through stripping the large metal chassis primed it and painted it silver hammertone. Have to redo the top but It will make a good amp chassis someday.
High sensitivity, wide dynamic range, low distortion, and smooth frequency response. Pwk

How did you find them? I have been looking at hamfests for years and have yet to find one.

Why three 6L6s? Is one a regulator?

That kind of looks like an AM modulator I had..Is there a brand on it or is it homebrew?

Twelve Step Program
1) We admitted we were powerless over music and our lives became enjoyable.
2) Came to believe that we shall only judge our music reproduction system by enjoying live acoustic music.
3) Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to music.
4) Made a searching and fearless inventory of our tube stash.
5) Admitted to G-d, to ourselves, and another human being the components in our "dream system".
6) Were entirely ready to have music remove all our stress.
7) Humbly asked tubes to remove our solid state amplification systems shortcomings.
8) Made a list of all the tube components we have tried, and became willing to purchase the best.
9) Made direct trails to purchase said tube amplification whenever possible, except when to do so would cause a divorce.
10) Continued to take inventory of our tube stash and promptly purchased NOS tubes we didn't have already.
11) Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our music reproduction system. Praying only for the knowledge of music's will for us and the power to carry it out.
12) Having had a spiritual awakening after listening to SE tube gear, we tried to carry this message to others, and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

Yup.
That would apply to most of us..
