1000v B+.
Power supply is CLC- 50uf-4H-50uf.
Capacitors are ASC 1200v Blue Line oil caps ( not bad caps at all ;) )
Playing with psud..the turn on surge is around 1400v....my 2000v bridge rectifier will be okay...but will the caps be damaged over time or go out with a bang.....or go out with a bang at an unknown period of time?

ASC caps should be ok. Bridge rating is somewhat light (less than 2x voltage). Years ago it was found 2.5 x the operating voltage kept SS rectifiers alive.
I doubt you will have a problem but it mostly depends on how long the over voltage lasts. If for a fraction of a second...or one full second...pretty much sure it will be no problem. If several seconds.....gets more iffy.
Drop them an email and ask. I can tell you their DC filter caps that are rated for 1,100 VDC are good for something like 1,600 VDC surge.
Sim it with a 50 ohm resistor right off the rectifier.
ASC is a good company - there must be a data sheet or application guide that gives the answer.
