I had not used my Lafayette KT-550 for about 6 months until recently. After letting it warm up for a couple of hours, the music does not sound as full and warm as I recall. So, while doing a manual inspection of the tubes I noticed that the tubes (KT-66 Tung Sol) and the input and output transformers were all running colder than normal. The output transformers were room temperature, normally they are a bit warmer. The input transformer was warm, but not very warm which is usually is. The output tubes also don't seem to be putting out as much heat as usual.
Granted, I live in Minneapolis area and the room temp is about 65 or so, but still, the amp just seems to be running cold and the sound is thin/cold.
Any thoughts on this?

Thanks to Mikey Samra generous phone support, we worked thru the problem. Briefly, the output tubes were running on too low of voltage. Once the voltage was raised, the fullness of the amp came back. Mike suggested that I switch to the higher VAC tap on the input which brought everything up to snuff.
Thanks Mikey!
If I am not mistaken your amp is fixed bias? It maybe that the bias is incorrect or a part in that circuit is defective. Good luck , Dak
You will have to measure voltages. It could be that a power supply resistor is failing or any number of things reducing voltage.
